李克强同主要国际经济金融机构负责人举行“1+6”圆桌对话会

All countries should support multilateral trade rules and stay committed to economic globalization for the growth of world economy, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Tuesday.
国务院总理李克强12日表示，为了全球经济发展，所有国家都应该支持多边贸易规则并致力于经济全球化。

Li made the comment when hosting the second "1+6" Roundtable with heads of major international economic institutions in Beijing.
李克强是在主持同主要国际经济金融机构负责人举行的“1+6”圆桌对话会上做出上述表态的。

“1+6”圆桌对话会（"1+6" Roundtable），指中国国务院总理李克强与世界银行(WBG)行长金墉、国际货币基金组织(IMF)总裁拉加德、世界贸易组织(WTO)总干事阿泽维多、国际劳工组织(ILO)总干事赖德、经济合作与发展组织(OECD)秘书长古里亚和金融稳定理事会(FSB)主席卡尼围绕“构建开放、活力、包容的世界经济”（build an open, invigorated and inclusive world economy）、“全球经济形势和挑战”（global economic situation and challenge）与“中国经济转型中的增长新动能”（new drivers of growth in China's economic transformation）等主题举行的对话。2016年7月22日，第一次“1+6”圆桌对话会举行。2017年9月12日，第二次“1+6”圆桌对话会举行。

会议第一阶段围绕“全球经济形势与经济全球化的未来”（Global Economic Situation and Future of Economic Globalization）主题，主要就全球经济增长（world economic growth）、可持续发展（sustainable development）、维护多边贸易体制（maintaining multilateral trade regimes）、经济全球化（economic globalization）、劳动力市场政策（labor market policies）、国际金融监管改革（reform of international financial regulation）等问题深入交流。

与会国际经济金融机构负责人表示，中国重视和支持多边主义和自由贸易（multilateralism and free trade），经济增长稳中向好（stable performance with good momentum for growth），为世界经济保持复苏和增长势头提供了有力支撑。国际经济金融机构支持中国继续推进结构性改革（structural reform）和开放发展（opening up and development）、提高增长质量，赞赏中国致力于维护多边贸易体系的坚定立场，期待继续就共同关心的重大议题定期进行探讨。

李克强在对话会上提出五点建议：

一、顺应多边主义和全球化大趋势；
Follow the trend of multilateralism and globalization,

二、更大力度推进结构性改革；
Push forward structural reform,

三、维护以自由贸易为基石的多边贸易体制；
Maintain multilateral trade regimes based on free trade,

四、增强世界经济增长的包容性；
Strengthen inclusiveness of world economic growth,

五、继续推进金融监管改革。
Continue reform of financial regulation.
